Emma Stone has fondly recalled her experience working on The Amazing Spider-Man franchise, describing it as “a really special time” in her life. The two-time Academy Award winner starred as Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker’s love interest opposite Andrew Garfield, in the 2012 and 2014 films directed by Marc Webb.

Speaking to Vogue while revisiting some of her most memorable red-carpet looks, Stone was shown a photo from the 2014 London premiere of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, where she wore a striking yellow Versace gown. Reflecting on the period, she said, “I really loved doing Spider-Man. I loved everybody I worked with. I met Andrew [Garfield] there, I met Sally Field, Marc Webb was wonderful. It was a really special time in my life.”

Stone emphasized that her warmest memories come not from the films themselves but from the relationships she built. “That’s the recurring theme, the people more than the film itself is what stays with me,” she noted.

One aspect she did not miss, however, was the exhausting promotional circuit. Recalling the global press tour, Stone said, “Nine countries in maybe two weeks. I felt psychotic the entire time.”
