Animated Film Ne Zha 2 to Premiere in Turkish Cinemas on May 2

The highly anticipated Chinese animated film Ne Zha 2, inspired by ancient mythology, is set to premiere in over 80 cinemas across Turkey on May 2, according to its distributor, CGV Mars Distribution.

Presented in Chinese with Turkish and English subtitles, the film tells the story of a defiant young hero born with extraordinary powers who challenges fate and societal expectations to shape his own destiny.

Onur Asa, general manager of CGV Mars Distribution, highlighted that the film’s powerful visuals and universal themes—such as family, freedom, and self-discovery—are likely to resonate with Turkish audiences. He emphasised how Ne Zha 2 reimagines Chinese myth through modern animation and dynamic action sequences, creating an immersive cinematic experience that transcends language barriers.
